BU's Designs Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you recognize, and agree to, the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully: a failure to respect these terms and conditions will lead to the cancellation of your commission. I. GENERAL- You must be 13+ years old to commission me. If you are under 18 years old, you need the authorization from a parent/legal tutor to commission me via PayPal or any other payment method. No proof needed, but no refund will occur if your parents/legal tutor wants the money back because they weren't aware of the transaction.- You must own the character(s) you want me to draw unless the commission is a gift for the owner of the character(s), or it's a fanart. I won't draw any stolen characters.
- I hold the right to refuse any commission at any time without justification.
- I will not start working on your commission until I am paid in full.
- Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
-You are aware that another commissioner may pay Priority Fees and have their order done before yours.
- I won't change my art style to fit your style requirements unless agreed otherwise.
- If I see that you haven't read the Terms of Service, I may cancel your
commission.

- Ferals/Anthros
- OCs
- Fanart
- Mild Gore
- Any kind of outdoor/nature scenery for the background.
- Soft to Moderate NSFW (18+ only! Requires proof of age!)What I might draw: (may cost an extra)
- Humans
- Fantasy Animals/Hybrids
- Ponies (MLP)
- Indoor scenery for the background.
- Simple Machinery
- Weapons and Armors
- Extreme Gore
- Explicit NSFW/Some Fetishes(18+ only! Requires proof of age!)
- Content featuring drugs, cigarettes and alcohol (To be discussed)What I won't draw:
- Most Fetishes
- Feral NSFW/Animal genitals
- Anything featuring non consensual acts, including, but not limited to, zoophilia, pedophilia, etc.
- Complex Machinery
- Anything promoting self-hate or hate towards someone or a group of people (Ex: romanticization of mental illness, racism, homophobia…)
II. PAYMENT- Payment can be made via PayPal (GBP).
- You have 48h to send the payment unless agreed otherwise.
- I will not start working on your commission until I am paid in full.
- Money sent without my consent will be considered as a donation.

- Your PayPal email is required because I will invoice you.
- Invoices are sent in GBP (Great British Pound)
III. PROCESS- Please, personally contact me to commission me!
- I will confirm with you the commission price before we proceed to the payment.
- Once the payment is sent, I will start working on your commission as soon as possible!
- You may ask for a work-in-progress at any time, but please, do not constantly contact me about your commission process. I may cancel your commission if you put excessive pressure on me.
- Do not spam me because you want me to answer right at the moment. Your commission would be automatically canceled.
- I will send work-in-progress throughout the whole commission process.
- Expect a two weeks to a month delay to receive your commission. Please be considerate that I am working on multiple commission at a time.
- Once your commission is done, I will send you the high quality version of your order email (if digital) or I will mail it to you (if traditional).
IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION- I will do everything to make my customers happy so I'm willing to make edits during and after the commission process;
- As many edits can be asked during the sketch stage.
- Passed the sketch stage/once the commission is done, I am willing to do small edits such as marking mistakes.
- Any great edits such as partial or complete redraw of certain elements on the drawing may come with an extra charge, unless, of course, the commission is only at the sketch stage.
- If your reference sheet and/or description was unclear, minor edits may come with a fee.
V. COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICYAs the artist I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
- Promote myself on any place or site.
- Post on my profile, website Ex.
If you don't want me to post your commission (private commission), it comes with a 50% fee, since it prevents me from promoting my art.
As the commissioner you are allowed to:
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
- Print the art, and claim the rights of your character(s), but not the drawing itself.
- Use and publish the copyrighted artwork online with proper credit.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted. Your infringement would also be shouted publicly in a way that other artists will be aware of the situation. You also wouldn't be able to commission me again.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork
commercially*.
- Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Removing watermarks/signatures
- Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.
*Meaning making money out of it in any way.The Purchase of Commercial rights:
- 300% of the original price.
When purchased you are allowed to:
- Make any sort of merch with the artwork
- Use it in books, covers...
- Change (alter/edit) it to your liking.
- Promote your own brand with the artwork.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICYIf you're the one canceling your commission:
You have the right to cancel a commission at any time without any justification. Keep in mind that you may not get a full refund depending on the order progress.
If I'm the one canceling your commission:
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time without justification.
What may lead to the cancellation (+ refund) of your commission:
- Personal reasons (mental health, family, Ex…)
- You constantly bug me about your commission process.
- You spam me to get an instantaneous reply from me (Ex: tons of question marks)
- You are disrespectful.
- I don't feel comfortable working with you anymore.Refund rates:
Commission not started = 100%
Sketch Done = 75%
Lineart Done = 50%
Color Done = 25%
Shading Done = 10%
Background Done = 0%
Rates may change if not all these steps are present in the commissioned piece.
If the art piece is finished, no refund is possible.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to alter and sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
You will be forbidden to ever commission me, BurnardUnderground, ever again.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want for others to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.
VII. WAITING LISTYou can find my To-Do list here. It's an easy way to check how many commissions I have to finish before I start working on yours.
About my To-Do list:
- Commissions will always have the priority unless:
I owe someone an art piece for a long time (ex: art trade or prize).
There's a special event I want to emphasize with artwork. (Ex: birthday gift)
- If your order doesn't have the "Paid" mint green tag on my Trello, it means I didn't receive your payment which means I won't start working on your commission even if you are at the top of the list.Priority Fees
If you want to skip the whole waiting line, you have to pay priority fees which is 30% of your order. By paying Priority Fees, your commission will be done in a few days only without exceeding a week.
Priority Fees may be required if you want your commission to be done within a certain time (deadline).
VIII. SHIPPING- I am not responsible if the commission gets lost in the mail. A partial refund or a drawing of consolation may be done.
- I am not responsible if the mailed product gets damaged in any way. A partial refund or a drawing of consolation may be negotiated.

X. EXTRASAn extra charge may be required if your commission includes one of the following component:
